I actually have had not so good experiences here just due to wait times but TODAY was a different story. The girl working the... drive through (Tuesday the 1st around 2pm) was really just so so sweet. There was an issue with their reader accepting my carddue to a scratch on the back of it, and she was so kind enough to just let me just keep my drink after handing it off which I?msure is honestly just the standard but STILL lol. I had no cash on me and no other cards of course but I?m 30 wks pregnant andit might not seem like a huge deal but it meant a lot to me lol situations like that can tend to be embarrassing even tho no oneis at fault so showing kindness and great customer service really means a lot. I hope management acknowledges this and shoutsher out for it. I wish I would?ve caught her name, you lightened and uncomfortable situation and it didn?t go unnoticed so justthank you! Read more

Sonic is one of my favorite places, but my last experience was the worst. I ordered $25 worth of food from the app, checked in... at stall 4 and waited for 45 minutes. After not getting a response when pressing the red button, I drove by the drive-thruwindow and found no one there. Posted hours said the place was open until 12am and I checked in around 10:15. UPDATE- Went backto Sonic the following morning to talk with the manager, who was already aware of what happened the night before. He personallymade my food and apologized for the night before. The best time to go in is before 11am. Niki took my order and Tasha gave it to me at the window. My order was not correct... missing items and was given wrong sizes. When I called to get it fixed I was only give the missing items which were 1 onion ringand a dipping sauce and was told that?s all I would have fixed. Very rude female working the front end. Second time I?ve been to this location in the last month and both times horrible service. Today, I waited at the stall for a few... min after pushing the button, ready to order only for them to tell me I need to go through drive-thru to order. So I sit in thedrive-thru for at least 30 min because they are only taking orders at the actual window, not the speaker. The lady that finallytook our order had the worst attitude and was acting like she was absolutely annoyed at anyone taking an order. When I startedordering a shake she cut me off,?No Ice cream.? Just like that. If I had waited in line for 30 min only for them to tell me theyweren?t serving ice cream and it was the only thing I was getting, I would be LIVID. They should have cones or a sign blockingoff the stalls and then have a sign on the menu stating what they don?t have so people aren?t wasting their time. Awful, awfulservice. Read more
This is the worst Sonic around. They have the worst customer service. Twice I have been and got an attitude the first time it... was the lady telling me it would take 20 more mins to cook a chicken sandwich that I should order something else after I hadbeen waiting 15 mins. Today I go at 8. Someone is in line ahead of me I see them getting their food and drink. The lady saidsorry we just opened but we are cutting stuff up. I was in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes and no cars were moving. Everyone was getting out of the Drive-Thru line and either... leaving or parking and going in. I go in and there's only a few people working and I can see people working but no one came totake our orders for about 15 minutes. I can hear them tell people who were pulling up to the Drive-Thru it will be about 30minutes before they get their food. I will not be going back! Fast Food was really slow today. Read more
I stopped going to the Little Creek road location because the service was horrible. This one is actually worse. We did a mobile... order so there would be no mistake. I drove 5 minutes to the location and still waited 25 more minutes to get our order. Fries,nuggets and tots were cold. Loaded fries were lukewarm...
