SO TODAY I DECIDED TO ORDER FROM THEM THEY TOLD ME I HAD A 30MINUTE WAIT AND MY TOTAL WAS $36 SO A HR AND 10MIN WENT BUY I... The lady at the cash register needs to be fired! She is rude and has horrible customer service ! Multiple people has been... complaining about her and yet nothing has been done. I came in nice and calm with positive energy and she was just negative. Read more

Horrible service by the same cashier everytime I come in. People come on there lunch breaks and go back to work late. Ordered 1... slice of pizza and took Atleast 30 minutes to get. Was disappointed in the price of Alfredo, I don’t understand how the pricestays the same if you don’t want the sides or if you do want them. Imagine the wait if I would have ordered that. No drinksare cold. And as I’m sitting in the store waiting typing this review, the bad service continues down the line. Lazy and nogood work ethic. Won’t return. Read more

This place is absolutely horrible, food made quite poorly, arrived about an hour after order- when its only 8 minutes out. Ms.... Melissa's customer service was wretched. The food and service at this place was absolutely unacceptable. Ended up eating Ramenafter a 35$ order. I will never order from this place again. Read more
I called Sals after I got my sub to let them know it was completely dry and they did not include any of the toppings I had asked... for. They lady on the phone told me there was nothing they could do and said she hopes I have a nice day and hung up the phone.I had ordered from them many times before but this is my last. If i could rate zero i would! Ordered on grub hub and they called to tell me they canceled my order because i was "too far from... them" I AM ONLY 10 MINUTES AWAY! They literally called me 8 mins before it should've been delivered. Now I need to contactgrubhub and hope i get a refund. What a joke! Read more
