These people need to do better with operating their drive thru lane. I sat here my entire lunch, waiting on a chicken sandwich.... I?ve been to other Popeyes locations that operate much quicker than this establishment. I agree with other customers, If i wasnot stuck in the line I would go else where. ADDITIONAL REVIEW: I came back today to grab lunch on my lunch break. Thislocation is directly across from my job so it?s convenient. However, I asked for a 3 piece spicy wing combo, right? I got abreast, drum, and a wing instead. The breast was not spicy, it was regular. And the 3 piece combo i did receive was PINK to itsentirety the second i broke into it. These people NEVER answer the phone. They either put you on hold or hang up. & the linesare still ridiculous. It?s not even the lines are crazy busy, it?s the staff being slow. It?ll be one car ordering their foodand no cars at the actual window. They are horrible. I will NEVER come back to this location. I am notifying Corporate as wespeak. Read more

Food is decent but the drive thru customer service is subpar. Almost cancelled our order and drove to another establishment to... get something to eat due to the aggressive manner of the staff member taking the orders. She was very unpleasant to deal with.Hopefully management heard the interaction and gave feedback to the employee or maybe repair the sound system if that is part ofthe issue. And the order had incorrect sides, after I had to repeat the sides at least 3 times for her. We probably will not goback to this location again. Read more

This place continues to be the worst in the franchise. I swear if there was one closer I'd go to it but maybe I'll just take the... drive from now on. This particular popeyes is garbage. They have never gave me the correct order. NEVER! I'm so sick of going tothis place and the workers pay more attention to eat other than the simple task of handing out correct orders. Its pathetic. Waited in line for the drive thru about 15 minutes then when I finally got to the window cashier was rude and had no clue about... my order(which I made thru your app) when he finally found my order they still gave the wrong order (chicken instead of tenders)Which in the long run is probably a better deal but my grandsons wanted tenders. Worst first experience at Popeyes.. drive thru forgot about us. Not once. BUT TWICE! They didn?t even say ?how may I help you?... just. ?Popeyes?. They could not have been more rude. Stood in line for 1/2 hour just to be told by a large black woman who worked there . That we... would not be waited on if we did not have a online order. I ordered a four piece with fries, shrimp, a chicken sandwich, red beans and rice, and bengiets. The fries, chicken and shrimp... were fine. The rice was dry, but perked up when mixed into the beans. I don't recommend the chocolate bengiets, they are toosweet. The berry ones were better. The big problem was the sandwich. I ordered it plain. I got it home and it was obviously old.The bun was hard as a brick and it was obvious that they had scrapped the mayo off of the sandwich. I called and they offered anew sandwich. l got there half an hour before closing. The person on drive thru told me that they were not serving they were nolonger doing chicken sandwiches. I had to ask for the manager. The manager got my sandwich, but they couldn't make fries becausebefore closing they were straining the grease, which is in itself a poor business decision. The chicken and sides are great here and the prices are pretty good. There seems to be a lot of confusion behind the counter and... employees seem to wander around not certain what to do. Popeye's should move to kiosk and app ordering because ordering at thecounter is pretty much a useless endeavor. I ordered ahead online which made it great to not wait in line but my order was notready on time. The man cooking chicken in the back works his BUTT OFF!! He deserves a bonus. Read more
