Egg rolls were burnt probably because they closed in an hr. But the subs were good and service was good.

08/10/22 I got the philly with mushrooms and the wife got the one with green peppers. Really solid. The bread is great. ... Lived out Philly for a year and this place is close. Great place. If you have not tried it you should. They don't have wizthough. Or I do not think they do. Read more
I was visiting the area for the weekend and Philly Style is always one of the places I visit. My cheese steak was delicious.... (Best in the state VA) The folks behind the counter are always friendly and make you feel welcomed. I'm already planning anothertrip to Norfolk, VA just to get another delicious sub from Philly Style. Read more
This is and has been my goto spot for Philly cheesesteaks for decades. They might have moved to the other end of the block, but... that just means they have a new kitchen. The place is insanely clean for all the buisness they do. Highly suggest you order forpickup, since if you order when you get there, you could be in for a 20-30minute wait. 4.5? Not the neatest sub I've ever had but it was quite tasty. Portion size of fries is enough for two. Fast friendly service. ... Walls are decorated with all sorts of Philly Sports & city history to keep you occupied during what was a rather short wait. This place was a part of my childhood and is now a part of my adult life. I have never had a bad sandwich from this place and... will continue to go back! Never been to Philadelphia so I can?t truly compare it to the standard. These have to be the bestcheese steaks in Norfolk if not the Hampton Roads. Read more
