Ordered my food for 6:15pm curbside pick up. 6:30pm came but still no order or side of anyone even coming. I call the store, a... lady told me it would be right out. 6:40pm I get another call from the store, this time it was a man explaining I need to comein to get my order because my card wasn’t going through on their side. I explained I had another card to pay with but I havemy newborn son in the car who I didn’t want to get out in the cold… the whole reason I ordered curbside. He rudely repliedwith “well we don’t take payments in the parking lot.” I told him to cancel my order since I was already sitting in theparking lot for far too long at this point when my order was suppose to do done & out to me by 6:15pm. He then hung up the phoneon me. They could have easily came to my car to get my card. Also while sitting there I also noticed a lot of people fromcurbside pick up kept having to go inside to get their orders so I’m sure my card work of went through just fine if itwasn’t for lazy staff members that didn’t want to run the food outside. My family and I eat here often but this was veryunprofessional so we will be avoiding this location. Clearly the care for their customers especially with babies just isn’tthere and that is just sad. Don’t waste your money on the endless pasta bowl it is not worth it. We ordered it. You get a half a bowl of soup, they bring... out a big pasta bowl with a small portion of pasta in the bottom. The don’t tell you the meat cost extra at $4.99 for everyorder, and if you re-order they bring you out a soup bowl of pasta half full. All the time your there they are rushing youthrough your meal. We barely finished our soup, and just started our pasta when the brought out to go container and asked us ifthere would be anything else. The pasta was under cooked, and hard. Very little sauce, and I ordered sausage and was served twosmall pieces of sausage for $4.99. I’m not sure if I will ever return to this Olive Garden. For two soda, two small bowls ofsoup, 4 bread stick, a quarter bowl of pasta with two tiny sausages and I paid $51.98 total definitely not worth it. Read more

I came in Saturday evening and was greeted with a friendly smile and pleasant greeting from Charmaine even though it was quite... busy. I observed Charmaine thoughtfully consider the best table for each customer waiting patiently smiling and getting excitedto feel as important as the customer before them. Thank you Charmaine. Food was very good. But waitress needed to have more training. We sat down with a party of three.We order our drinks and... entrees. Which waitress brought out salad , sat it on table, no plates. Then brought out soup no spoons. Then we asked for bedsticks. She brought 3 bread sticks out. Then entrees came out.and we order 2 entrees to go. Then I asked for more soup and shebrought it to go with 3 bread sticks. Then we paid with cash. Waitress had a rough time counting the change back. I had to tellher how much to give back. I’ve been here many times at olive gardens but only now i will review their service. this place was very nice and clean.... The waitress was accommodating but a little bit slow but maybe because there is a lot of customers during the time we visited.Our food was absolutely delicious. Prices and portions are great. Came here for my mom's birthday. Automatically need the salad! Ordered the shrimp misso for app. Due to being on a time limit we... were able to order our entrees as well. Everything came out fast and hot. The bread sticks were so soft! I made my own pasta andmy Mom got the seafood Alfredo. Our server John was sweet and attentive.
