Had a lovely experience at Mudita this morning! My friends and I enjoyed a breakfast burrito, the rocket egg sandwich, and a... delicious parfait. Great homemade food and shakes, on our shopping excursion we wanted a nice relaxing little nook to grab a light lunch and we... most certainly found it! The Hummus was extra delightful and surely the favorite of our visit! 4 stars only because I have only stopped in for coffee. What I can tell you though the parking is plentiful (if not on street,... then across the street). Very quaint little area in the Ocean View section and one block from the waterfront. Clean andwell-kept, I definitely will go back to try their food. Ordering was very easy...simple menu with their current Asian themeddrinks. I ordered the Iced Vietnamese coffee and it did not disappoint. Atmosphere was chill just like a coffee shop shouldbe. Service was excellent and both times, the baristas were very welcoming and knowledgeable. I\'ll be back to try the food. Read more
They are so nice and welcoming here. A nice quiet and quaint little coffee shop. The coffee is perfect and they clearly know how... to make a proper espresso. They have some unique latte options, including one with ginger which was delicious! Their breakfastsandwiches were delicious as well and I feel I couldn\'t have picked a better spot for breakfast this morning. I\'ll definitelybe back and would recommend to anyone! Read more
Mudita has been the perfect Ocean View addition! I am so happy to have a local coffee shop that I don’t have to drive... 15+minutes to and fight for a seat to work or study. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The sandwiches are delicious and theavocado toast is amazing! I recommend adding chicken and pesto. I love that they cater just as much to tea drinkers as they docoffee lovers. Most coffee shops only offer basic teas, while Mudita updates their teas just like they do their coffees. Theytruly have something for everyone! Most of their syrups are made in house and a delicious addition to any tea or latte. For myfellow tea drinkers I highly recommend what I like to call “hug in a mug” it is an earl grey tea made like a London fog withcarmel and vanilla. If the day is cold and gloomy or you just need some comfort this drink is sure to do the trick! For thepumpkin season I suggest a pumpkin chai! Read more
This first-timer really enjoyed my solo visit!! The greeting was warm and helpful and NOT rushed. Y\'all know there\'s nothing... like a Saturday morning SMILE after a week on a corporate hamster wheel - THANKS! ????\n\nMy sister & I thought we invented theBELT, but there it was on the menu!!!! We were excited to find a nice coffee shop with food before a day of fishing at the Ocean View Pier. Each day on our vacation in... VA we have tried a new coffee shop to start our day. The employees were friendly, the space was cozy and decorated nicely, thebathrooms are kid friendly, and the food and drinks were good! I would recommend! There was also a nice outdoor seating areawhich is great for those with doggies! Read more
This may be the best coffee shop on this side of town and I will now be a regular.\nI’ve gone a few times on different days... and consistently have a good cup of coffee (or two) and can genuinely study/work and focus.\nAnd they have some pretty decentfood!\n\nThe staff is very friendly to everyone\nThe vibes are freaking perfect.\n\nVery highly recommended.
