We all know McDonald's has good tea, but all summer long there tea has been so sweet I thought I was drinking a cup of syrup,... no LIE. They took the price up 50 cent and added 50 percent more sugar. McDonald's could you go back to the old way you alluse to fix the tea with 50 percent less sugar PLEASE. Read more
We spent $28 on food for five people. The line only had two cars but it was an extremely long wait. When we got the window, the... worker took my man's debit card, and walked away with it. She came back and asked us, "what did we order"?! We told her ourorder and she walked off again. When we finally received our meals, we asked for extra sweet and sour sauce because we ordered atotal of 24 nuggets. She had given us 5 sauce packets and that wasn't nearly enough for 5 people to share. We stated we did askfor extra sweet and sour sauce during our initial ordering process and she already swiped our debit card. She argued with usthat she'd given us enough sauces and to get more, it's an additional 62¢. She was staring at us while we were both explainingwe asked if extra sauce packets already and you just charged us for it. But, that wasn't good enough. She made us pay. We hadused 3 quarters and then she made us wait even longer for our change. She was being completely unreasonable. Read more
My order was $56.00 and I asked for fresh food? when I got home (2 minutes away) the fries was cold and limp? sandwiches were... cold and the nuggets was hard and cold? The manager on duty acted as if it was my fault that the food wasn?t right.., nocustomer service skills and she was very rude? they should?ve return my money and gave me the fresh food just for mytroubles?The new manager is doing a great job in revamping the restaurant but unfortunately she can?t be there 24/7? This the first time and the last I'm ordering from the place. We got to deliver through Uber app and I appreciate it that... everything was packed the right way however there was a couple things wrong and I'm missing item I decided to just go back tothe restaurant and let them know. Not only I had to leave my children back home so I could go and get the items that I neededcorrectly the lady who helped me never apologize once never acted or show any empathy gavr me the items with an attitude andproceeded to not even say thank you or anything at all whatsoever.
