Visit 11/19/22 after 8:30pm If I could give 0 stars I would. All except one employee was on their cell phone, which probably... explains the long lines, inaccurate orders and a high case of food safety volitions. It took 30+ mins for my DoorDash order. Ontop of the employees not doing the bare minimum they have the audacity to have bad attitudes. One employee was yelling andthreatening a customer after the customer calling them out on their actions. Another customer had their pet yorkie (dog) runningaround in the lobby. The crew this evening was Rock'n it ! Very pleasant customer interaction. Went out of their way to accommodate my request for... "unsweet tea, no ice" with my order. I came here today for food, cheeseburger, hamburger and small fry around 1230 on the 21 October. So you as manager can narrow... this down. Anyways I used the digital ordering tool in the store. After that I stood there and was barked at with 5.38$ no hellono anything just a price from this lady. It was very rude to say the least. If she doesn't enjoy working at your store maybe sheneeds to be jobless. Anyways very disappointing experience that's why other chains like Chick-fil-A have so much business thesedays because McDonald's can't manage their stores properly. Read more
This McDonald's had very fast service and the food was delicious. They were extremely busy during lunch time when I was there... but the service was extremely fast and the employees were very courteous and helpful. The rest rooms were stocked well withtoilet paper and paper towels and was also extremely clean even though they were extremely busy. I will definitely be comingback to visit this location. Its not too often I find a fast food restaurant that checks this many boxes. Keep up the good work! Read more
I know it probably isn't quite their fault but the McDonald's app allowed me to place and pay for an order late at night, only... for me to arrive and be told that they "cant do" mobile orders this late. I had to miss out on an 8$ deal to get what I wanted,the deal was the only reason I was going to begin with. I had to hassle with the app while in the drive-thru to cancel themobile order to get refunded. Maybe the store has failed to update their times on the app to reflect when they're available totake mobile orders, or maybe the staff were being lazy, I have no clue. Overall a big inconvenience. Wouldn't bother with this location. They seem to set what ever hours they feel like. Have gone here on 2 separate occasions.... First time I sat in drive thru for at least 2 minutes. No greeting. No I'm sorry nothing. I decided to give them another shot.Pull up to drive thru AGAIN. I got half greeted then the kid goes oh s*** we are closing early. Time saver: if it?s anywhere within 30 minutes to an hour of their closing time don?t even bother, they?re closed. They?ll look... open and have you sitting at the speaker and won?t say a word.
