The old white glasses wearing grandma working the cash register is a Karen. I was genuinely confused why she just charged me 50... cents when I asked for 1 ranch and her response was so rude acting like I was crazy for wondering even though I?ve never hadsomeone charge me for ONE RANCH there before. They usually just hand one out. Then the spicy chicken sandwich I wanted the ranchfor wasn?t even in the bag. So I told them at the window I was missing it and they acted like I was lying and needed to see myreceipt and get a manager. Then didn?t even apologize for the mistake. Terrible customer service. The food was McDonald's normal nothing out of the ordinary, service was very friendly but forgot my 4 piece nugget after a 10... min wait for my food in the drive thru. If it was a large order I can be understanding but it was a #3 with a water and add a 4piece. That should be pretty easy. I wasn't going to go back through the 10 min process again get the nuggets and won't be backto try again. Read more
Hands down the slowest fast food place I?ve ever been. I try to go there for convenience of location, but regularly wait 5-10min... before they even ask to take your order. By the time the food gets out it?s usually cold & always sub par. Also, either thingsare always broken in their kitchen or they make excuses for certain items not being available that they don?t want to make. Read more
When it?s comes to ordering a medium orange juice drink. I don?t think they know the sizes between small and medium. This is the... third time they gave me a small cup when I paid the price for a medium. Rip off!! Read more
This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been in. First of all I had to wait 5 minutes to get buzzed into the restroom to wash up... before eating. Yes they have to buzz you into the restrooms. When I say it was disgusting I mean DISGUSTING! The urinal hadfecies in it. Lesson, if the restroom looks like this DO NOT EAT THERE. I did not and I advise everyone to do the same. Most unorganized McDonald's I've ever seen or been to in my life.Drive Thru is closed at 8:30? Get inside..there is a long line... and an Even longer wait.Everyone is given a ticket and numbers called out, People asking where there food is.Terrible Location Read more
The person take the order kept messing up. When she wasn?t messing up she kept trying to rush the order. Drove up to the payment... window. There wasnt a greeting, telling the amount to pay, thank you, you?re welcome, not one word. Got to the order pick upwindow. NOTE: when the manager is there they at least say something to you. When the manager isn?t there you get ignored, no onesays anything, and you sit at the window 5min or more waiting for something to happen. They also store the fries in the bagsideways stacked as if they don?t spill and fall to the bottom the bag. Who does that?!? Seriously! You find half of your friesat the bottom of the bag and the bag gets super greasy. Also they store your napkins at the bottom of the bag. You might as wellgive me the bag opened and upside down. So expect them to assume you want whatever sauce they want to give you when you didn?task for it. Don?t expect to get a money tip if you can?t even take the advice/tip ?to not be lazy and ignorant?. Not reviewing for the food as the order was for my husband but I am giving 5 stars to the lady that works overnight on the... drive-through. I have never been to a McDonald?s where I was treated like an actual human being. Every McDonald?s you go to,people treat you worse than an animal. She is great when it comes to customer service.
