So I hardly ever eat at McDonald's but that mcrib looked so good on the commercial and I remembered it from my childhood. Well,... IT SUCKED! Everything I got was cold, disgusting and they didn't get the order right. It just reminded why I don't eat atMcDonald's. ???????? Read more

Everytime I come to this McDonald's it's always something. I sent my husband to get me 2 large sweet teas and 2 small fries. My... tea was disgusting all water. So he went in the store to trade them out 1st they looked past him as if he wasn't standing thereand the Bit ..lady ???? behind the counter gave him attitude and told him this how our teas is now. No BITC...lady.. do your joband sweeten the teas if I asked for a sweet tea and told him they could give him sugar packets. I didn't come here to work doyour job.!! And by time he got home to us our fries were now completely cold. So disappointing ???? Read more

I don't CARE if it's Halloween... NOTHING warrants having to wait at curbside pickup for over 30 minutes for 2 big Mac meals.... ESPECIALLY when witnessing cars enter the drive thru and exiting with their food... I watched customers go in and then come outwith their food. But the WORST was seeing someone pull up in an adjacent curbside spot 20 minutes after we got there and receivetheir food in less than 10 minutes while I had been waiting for over 30. Although this is usually a quick in and out using the drive thru...so far have been waiting 30 minutes for 3 burgers because one... can't have mayo due to allergies. Read more

HORRENDOUS!! {REVIEWING LIVE FROM INSIDE THE STORE} The manager is shutting down the entire (open 24 hours) restaurant right... now with customers in line inside and a full drive thru. no one is getting their food and she is asking employees (who alreadycouldn't handle making the food) to watch the door now as well to prevent any dreaded patrons from entering... There were no human cashier's and two kiosks disabled by tape. The kiosk we used took us through a 3 item order, accepted our... credit card payment, but did not print a receipt or give us the order number. Employees seemed familiar with the problem but wewaited over 10 minutes for our order. Several other customers used the same kiosk - some had problems, some didn't. Humancashier's are far more reliable then this. We cannot recommend that anyone use the ordering kiosks. Read more

This Deluxe Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese can?t be much sadder than this. Missing the tomato and has little more than a... pinch of lettuce. Not worth the extra cost of a Deluxe. Disappointed because I was looking forward to the crunch and juicinessof the toppings. Bumped up my 1* (minimum allowable) to 2* because they didn?t play games refunding my order. Almost didn?tgive them the extra star because I had to drive back to them, walk in with crutches, and didn?t get any apology. Read more
