Tl:dr If they aren't busy there's no problems, if they are busy don't worry about ordering online, the notification system is... useless here, the service won't tell you if your pizza is next or 20 minutes away. The service though nice. I don't want tofault any particular employee as they've all been great individually, collectively they seem molasses slow. Individual onlineorders Pizza took over an hour after the order was placed and more than 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Edit havebeen back since appears to be semi frequent along with not using the pizza portal or updating emails, otherwise nice. Editagain, to my experience they'll use the portal and email it if they aren't busy otherwise they'll let your pizza sit on the coldshelf instead of the ovens literally intended to keep them warm for as long as possible. If your after pizza that's been lefton a cold wire rack, instead of in the heaters specifically designed for pizzas for you to pick up, this place is an easy 10/10. Quite possibly the worst one I've been to. Edit: AUG/22 multiple times (4+/8 orders) they will not include the crazy sauce in acrazy sauce included item in the portal. You have to ask to receive the things you paid for. Edit: another order, I got theemail notification more than 20 minutes after pickup time, and more than 15 minutes after being home with the pizza. Edit: againset a timer not to leave until the scheduled pickup up time with the intentions of filling up my car with gas and waiting arounda little, still leaving after my pick up time, after receiving an email my pizza(s) were ready, they weren't even in the oven. Ten minutes after I arrived, 20 minutes after it was 'ready email' I was asked what I was waiting for and heard them call forthem to be made. Around 8:30 10/6/22 there were 3 employees that i saw. Music blasting from the back. One guy wearing headphones, the girl was... dancing around and the older looking guy seemed to be doing all the work (cooking). Granted the girl attempting to take orderswas courteous, between dancing and cracking jokes with the guy wearing headphones NOTHING was in the "Hot and Ready" boxes, allthe menu monitors were off, and they seemed confused as to who ordered what. The people working the shift on AUG. 14th, 2022 from 3 to 5 pm...we just ordered our pizza and it wasn't even cut... properly...seriously cut in zig zags. The pizza was thin and soggy and it was more crust than actual pizza. The toppings whichwas only pepperoni and cheese just slid off. Read more
When I went to go order my food, one pepperoni pizza, the manager rang my order up. I asked her if she had one ready, and she... agreed. The cashier came to continue to take my payment. Thinking I was gonna get my pizza after I payed, I waited for 5 mins,before I asked her if I can get the ready pizza. She acted like she didn?t know one was ready to be taken. No communication wastaking in this transaction. I shouldn?t have to wait. So always ask again if it?s finished. Read more

I ordered two cheese pizza and one pepperoni pizza and they even asked multiple times what did i order each time was the same... answer two cheese and a pepperoni somehow they still managed to screw up my order and give me two pepperonis and a cheese andafter waiting for over 20 mins i wasnt gonna wait for another pizza.
