Ordered delivery, spent $60. One of our dinners was missing a side, well micro side. (The sides are literally 2 spoon fulls. The... sausage was burnt and not good burnt like crispy. The brisket was dry AND they didn?t even give us any bbq sauce to quench thedry behind meat. Super disappointing. Read more

We ordered some delivery through DoorDash, and I gotta say, I don?t understand the hate! The brisket sandwich and Mac and cheese... were great! The sauce they give you (Carolina style, I assume, since that?s what we ordered) was phenomenal. I?d definitelyrecommend this place and will be back in the future! Thanks for saving the day guys! The ratings say it all. Worst so called ?bbq? I have ever had in my life. I don?t even know where to start. Firstly, the food... arrived very cold. The ?sides? were in large containers but literally had like two-three scoops worth of food in them. Thepotato salad was a complete joke it was literally huge chunks of unpeeled potatoes soaking in some weird concoction. The bakedbeans? straight from the can to the container. I had a container of baked beans which was the side so I didn?t understand why myribs were on a bed of baked beans as well,in a separate container. Saying the experience was less than subpar would be putting it nicely. The Mac and cheese was stale and had been obviously left... out for some time. The ?pulled pork platter? was less than a half cup of pork. Who would pay $15 for a tapas sample of two dayold pork? And to top it off, there was no bbq sauce with the order. If you are ordering a ?bbq dinner? you would think bbq saucewould be implied. Finally, it could have been easily resolved if they answered the phone calls to address these issues where wewere charged $60 for two $15 meals.
