Ok once again these idiots sent me a drink with barely any ice in a sweet tea and NO straw and I gave them several chances past... two weeks and they constantly lie about them messing up UBER EATS orders and we pay way more for our food then the averagecustomer. I swear that Manager NEVER answers store phone I reported them two days ago and they are the only option for Ubereats instead of the other locations so done with them and pot pie was OLD yuck. I suggest driving to Virginia beach to getbetter food and service. UPDATE: they did make a effort and sent me 5.00 off so I ordered it again on 9/12/2022 and it was muchbetter please stop making your sweet tea too sweet and preparing cold drinks before the Uber driver gets there the ice meltsfast drinks tasted horrible. I have ordered here over 9x in two weeks UPDATE : I want to say today is Sunday and I was able totalk to the Manager and explain how I would like my food and drinks . I must say Finally everything was done right the food wasdelicious but please work on wait times. I ordered at 5:30 pm and it arrived around 6:55 pm for two pot pies and two drinks. Read more
I've had problems trying to get chicken in the drive-thru and getting excuses on how long it'll take. Happened about 3x's. It... was so bad that I'd complained and KFC sent me a gift card. I'd tried to use this gift card at that very location and still gotthe same excuse. So I'd left. I don't ever plan to get chicken from that location anymore. Read more
It took them 15 minutes to finish 3 sandwiches through the driveway, then they said we will serve you at the parking lot, nobody... showed up until I walked in to wait 10 more minutes. Read more
I'm the girl that orders the #5 unsauce all flats... And I walked up to the counter and Anthony (who I found out later was the... general manager!!) Was like, welcome back, wings? I'm dropping new ones right now... At this point,I haven't said anything..but he remembered me AND my order! I had a big smile and said yes, thank you! Then when I go to check out... Tynijah said hi,all flats right? And I still haven't really said anything but she ALSO remembered me and what kind of wings I order!! The twoemployees didn't even have an exchange between each other and they both knew me from separate occasions. Wow. I'm veryimpressed with this team. The person who took our order was SO rude. I walked up with a greeting and got nothing in return. Ok, whatever. Placed the... order, asked to use their bathroom, I got a slammed down key with a pipe stuck to it for the men's bathroom on the counter,still no talking to me. The person didn't talk to me the whole time and it's not because they couldn't talk, because they had noproblem talking to the staff the whole time. The manager was nice but clearly she needs to be the one interacting with thecustomers and not the rude employee that ways nothing to do with paying customers. Read more
The workers were impatient and lacked professionalism. They did not have certain items or condiments and I felt like they rushed... my order and just tossed it at me. They spoke to me in a rude tone and gave me undercooked and heavily greasy food. I would notrecommend this location and I will not be returning in the future. Read more
