At 1630 hours this KFC drive thru refused me service even though I informed them that I am a crippled disabled veteran. Manager... stated that the register inside is working. I asked her to ring me up on the available register and pass food through the drivethru window. The manager refused, I see how much my service is appreciated. Read more

Saturday Oct 30th was a sad and facetious experience at this particular KFC. My mom went to go and take back her chicken thigh.... It was brown on the inside. We're cooks so clearly that piece of meat was old. The older lady ma'am this and ma'am that. Hertone with my mom was as if she was very irritated. You guys definitely need a new system were you call your guest/customers byname. Then the woman's bathroom. I would like to hope no one thinks that that bathroom was normal.
