If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed my order and then sat in the drive thru line for almost 30 minutes before I pulled... out of the line and left. In the time I was waiting, only one of the 3 cars infront of me had paid and received their food anddriven off. I'm not sure if there is only one person working the drive through and preparing the food or if they just don't givea rats behind about providing fast drive through service. If this was a one time thing, maybe I would let it slide, but this isthe 2nd times that I have gone to this location and had to sit in the drive through line for an exceptionally long time.Corporate really needs to look into this location and find out why the drive through service takes so long Read more

Super fast service during the lunch hour. The drive thru star was very friendly and helpful, as well. I was in a huge hurry but... had a big order and then we're really great about it. Everything was right and they remembered all the extras like supposed,napkins, and sauces. I wish the KFCs close to me were anywhere near this good of an experience. Read more

Not only did I never get my order through uber, clearly the restaurant closed early and didn't bother turning their online off.... 'delivery' kept getting more and more delayed as I'm assuming drivers showed up to a closed store and dropped the order. Wastedan hour waiting until I finally cancelled it and once again wasted more time to get a refund. Called the corporate number withmy complaint as it was behind ridiculous. Nobody could even be bothered to call me back and apologize. This location and itseems KFC in general has really gone down hill. I for one won't be coming back anytime soon Read more

KFC has really gone down since the colonel died. The chicken is not as good as it used to be & here. We have switched from KFC... to Bojangles. Chicken is much better even when there is left over & it is reheated, it reheats very well. I have officallydivorced KFC so to speak. Read more

Went through the drive-thru. My order came up to almost $40 and none of my food was hot. This food seemed like it was old. Just... been sitting out for hours and hours. They left out a lot of what I ordered. Didn't even get it right. By the time I got home tocheck my bag and call them to let them know that they had messed up.. The phone ring busy...It was busy from 8 :30pm untilclose. I could not get through to them. Just busy every time I called. This is very very bad business. Shame on you. KFCSewell's point road. I have never had a problem at any other KFC in the area. This is by far the worst location in Norfolk. 12pm on a saturday the... doors are unlocked, you walk inside to the cashier and they inform you were closed on the inside, drivethru only. LIKE what??? then you get to the drivethru and they take your order. Dude didn't confirm what I ordered or the amount. I get to the windowand they charge me 2x what it should of cost. They won't fix it tho cause "we don't do refunds". He could of solved this byrepeating what my order was and the amount in the first place. I left that day with zero food but was out over $30. I calledcorporate over a week ago and was told the store would contact me with a resolution. crickets.... submitted a charge back thisafternoon with my credit card company. ALL of these bad reviews from this location are well earned. STAY far away. Read more

I plan to contact corporate as well but this places rating NEEDS to be hit over my last two experiences. I don't know what... happened to the place but it's AWFUL and I think they may be scamming the customers. This restaurant fits the perfect definition of sorry. KFC processed pick up order but the store was no longer selling KFC. I... decided to get some tacos and they told me there was no lettuce. Walmart is always open, it should not be that to get somelettuce. They took my order and got it wrong. When I placed the second order, there was hardly any ground beef in the hardshell taco. I can imagine not having enough lettuce but some how they can put enough ground beef in hard shell taco either. Thisis a sorry business that always gives excuses. The register broke, we can't cook enough food, the truck drive forgot to give usenough food etc ! Read more
