I revisited this Jimmy John's because I received great customer service on my first visit there, a few months ago. Today two of... the people there displayed the worst customer service I have ever received at a Jimmy John's, and I have been to a few of them.These men were sarcastic, argumentative and disrespectful. One of them said his name was Stewart and the other said his name wasPaul Johnson. I let them know that I was going to call their Corporate Office, and I did. This review is more or less for Jimmy Johns as a whole and not this specific location. I?m from up north where real hoagies and... subs are made?Jimmy Johns definitely does not compete. The rolls are soft and bland. I had to pay extra for cheese on a turkeysandwich and nothing is sliced to order. They don?t even have sweet peppers!!! I?ve never been to a jimmy johns before and Inever will be going back. I payed $8 for a mediocre sub that taste no different than subway. Jimmy John's is usually my "go-to" when I need a quick lunch delivered... oh but today... they failed me miserably. I left... specific delivery instructions and they failed terribly by not even reading them. they had me waiting over an hour for my orderand then took it back to the store. This is sad... Zero star isn't an option, but it should be. Very poor service. Advertises as "freaky fast" but it's really "freaky slow" I... ordered five sandwiches at 12:23 pm (totaling $50 w/ delivery charge, tax and a 15-20% tip). Received "out for delivery" textat 12:52. We waited until 1:30 PM and still no delivery. At this point the sandwiches had been made over 70 minutes ago so Icalled and cancelled the order. We live less than a half mile from the store. We could have easily picked up if we had knownthey were busy. Poor customer service. Take your business elsewhere. I did. Read more
Ordered a veggie small original to take away. Tastes nice but wasn't really strong on the vegetables- iceberg, regular tomatoes,... cheese and mayo. I thought there was supposed to be avocado there, but ??????????? The unsweetened ice tea was refreshing and ifyou want to imp it up I suggest adding your own maple or agarve + lemon juice (stir or blend!).
