I revisited this Jimmy John's because I received great customer service on my first visit there, a few months ago. Today two of... the people there displayed the worst customer service I have ever received at a Jimmy John's, and I have been to a few of them.These men were sarcastic, argumentative and disrespectful. One of them said his name was Stewart and the other said his name wasPaul Johnson. I let them know that I was going to call their Corporate Office, and I did. This review is more or less for Jimmy Johns as a whole and not this specific location. I?m from up north where real hoagies and... subs are made?Jimmy Johns definitely does not compete. The rolls are soft and bland. I had to pay extra for cheese on a turkeysandwich and nothing is sliced to order. They don?t even have sweet peppers!!! I?ve never been to a jimmy johns before and Inever will be going back. I payed $8 for a mediocre sub that taste no different than subway. We need real hoagies and subs.Preparation was fast but I guess that?s bc of jimmy johns lazy procedures with everything pre sliced. Not authentic at all? Read more
