I placed an online order. It was placed and out for delivery literally the very next minute, which was weird to me. I waited for... about 40 minutes until someone finally showed up and placed the food at the door. The bag smelled a little like cigarette smoke.I requested all the sandwiches to be cut in half, which they were not. The food is still good, and I would of gave it at leastanother star, but this isn't the first time this happened to me with their food taking way longer than it should. Placed order online for delivery. Got message that order was out. 30 minutes went by and I called. Was told not only was my... order not out for delivery, it wasn't even made yet. Told them I would be in to pick up. Went to restaurant 45 minutes afterplacing order. Order still not prepared, despite my telling them I was on the way!! Freaky Fast?! Are you kidding me? I love Jimmy Johns, and know these are hard times. But this location is always understaffed, not freaky fast and you are lucky... if your order is right. This started before the pandemic and has only gotten worse. It isn't fair to the delivery drivers to begoing solo nonstop either, which seems to be the issue. Please hire/schedule more drivers, and maybe at least adjust the app,to let people know what's going on, if there are delays. Read more
Update: Sunday, March 21, 2021, the young black man that made our sandwiches today needs a promotion....best sandwich I've had... in a long time! He had on gloves and a mask. Asked if we wanted oil and oregano on the sandwiches along with the other toppings.Sandwich was Delish!!!! I love this location! Always fun customer service. Read more
We used the drive- thru on 11/14/20 and received excellent customer service from an employee who indicated he was fairly new to... the company. He repeated the order back to make sure it was correct and asked me about the rewards program. I've visited thislocation several times in the past with no issues. I gave two stars because the kids liked their mini Turkey sandwiches. Mysubs were not the usual Jimmy John's that I was craving that day. Wanted a quick easy dinner. Decided on Jimmy Johns. Well what I did not realize was they closed at 8. By the time I got through... the ordering process and I pulled to the window it was 8:03pm. The night crew here is absolutely amazing. I cannot thank themenough for being so kind. They did not have to serve me but they still did. Ordered through ubereats, never received food because they didn't have e a driver. Tried for refund from ubereats and shop never... received that either. They use the app for ubereats and Doordash but not their drivers. Take caution when ordering. Read more
