Pulled into the drive through at 8:30pm, 30 minutes before closing. We sat in line for a few minutes while the workers just... looked and ignored us like we were not there. If you close at 9pm you shouldn?t start closing until after 9. Otherwise, changethe hours to 8:30pm, when the workers close and ignore customers. We were very disappointed. It was our first time to finally have Jimmy John's. The doors were locked at 1:30 pm and we were... ignored at the door for several minutes. An employee came to the door and said, we're not taking any orders, we are trying tofix our printer. Read more
Been here twice now. The fist time my girlfriend and I each got different sandwiches, and both had way too much mayo and did not... taste good at all. The second time I ordered one to be delivered and after an hour and a half of waiting I got the wrongsandwich. Never going to this jimmy johns again. Read more
Why even offer curbside service if you?re not going to honor it? After ordering online and selecting curbside because I am sick,... I still had to go into the store to get my food. I received notification on my phone that my food would be out shortly and afterwaiting in my car for almost 15 minutes it never came. When I went in the store the cashier said ?oops they put it over there?.My food had been ready and just sitting in the pick up area. I received no apology of course. Also a few months ago my friendgot delivery from this location and her bread had mold on it. If you want anything done right just do yourself a favor and go toanother location. Read more
North military location Their logo has two stars; that?s about right. This is what a $20 sandwich looks like (16 inch). Even if... I were to ignore the fact the store didn't include bacon (as the menu indicated), it seems to be lacking in the lettuce, tomatoand turkey areas too. Once the cost of side items were added (which I had to go back to get, as all weren't included in thecarry-out order) this meal was $30. But, at least the employees were nice. Read more
Less than 7 hours ago, I ordered a #5 Vito sandwich and barbecue kettle chips from this Norfolk Virginia Jimmy Johns location... (near military highway). The employees handling my order had pleasant personalities and my order was fortunately processedquicker than I expected while still tasting good. I was indirectly influenced to try this Norfolk Virginia Jimmy John's locationonce I had recently seen it walking outside less than two weeks ago (because of previous good experiences I had eating with myhusband at Jimmy Johns locations in both Orlando Florida and College Park Maryland ). Recently discovered how much I like Jimmy Johns when I came to this location. Very clean and fresh smelling and the staff was... wonderful... Not to mention the food was great. I know it's just a sandwich, but it's a sandwich done right. Read more
Sadest excuse for a sandwich. 2 pieces of turkey and 1 slice of bacon on a regular size sub. I literally had to put turkey from... my fridge on the sub. Called the store and they had the excuse of that's the portion.. definitely not paying $10 for a sub thathas no meat on it. Going to jersey Mike's from now on Read more
