Very disappointed! The bread was soooo stale .. You had to take a drink after EVERY bite. The meat or should I say the lack of... meat was hard to taste maybe because the store thought I order a Lettuce and oregano sandwich. What a waste of money. NEVERagain. Read more
Girl was super nice at the front counter but I ordered a Italian sub and they didn?t put any of the meat that comes on that... sandwich they put everything else but the onions and the correct meat that comes in the sub. I placed an order on the mobile app for a club sub with just lettuce and oregano. The app says 6:45 so we get there at the time... but it still took 20 more minutes for us to get our food. Then when I get home (thank God I live 2 minutes away) I see thatthere is tomatoes on my sub. So I had to go back to try and get them to remake it the correct way. I'm pregnant and shouldn'thave had to do all of that especially while hungry at that point. So my boyfriend took the sub back just for them to tell himthey're out of parmesan rosemary bread. If they would've made it right the 1st time we wouldn't be here again. They messed upthe same order a few months prior, I'm convinced they make the subs how they want and not how we order. Bad service one employee had a bad attitude. I placed an order and requested parmesan rosemary. I was told they were out and was... told they only had white or wheat bread. I selected white. I waited for 15 plus minutes then 8 or more customers came in afterme. I watched them make 8-12 plus sandwiches after my order. Which were made with white bread. There was a family of 4 as well.I asked how much longer they told me they are busy. I said I see that but I was here before everybody else. Then I was told theyonly have wheat bread. I don't like wheat bread. I got so angry and frustrated. I told them to keep it. I didn't even get mymoney back. Went to the Greenbrier in Chesapeake. Night and day I was greeted at the door. The employees at this location are very rude and try to get you out of there way very quickly. I have an autistic child and was... trying to get him to tell me what he wanted. The long haired girl with brown hair, kept interrupting while he tried to tell mewhat he wanted. The subs are extremely expensive now. I will keep going to Jimmy John's or Subway. This location use to have very good cheesesteaks. I recently visited and ordered a cheesesteak and the current staff did not... care how the food was prepared. They burnt the meat and I ended up throwing away the whole sandwich. It was disgusting! Also,none of the staff where wearing masks. I will not be visiting this location again...it was a waste of $17. Horrible. Absolute trash service. I have never felt more awkward ordering a sandwich anywhere. Anytime I asked a question it was... met with sarcasm, distain, and disgust. Will never return to this place. The employees are horrible. Read more
