This place had been declining since it opened. This is the worst ikea restaurant compared to ikea?s in maryland, northern... virginia, even jersey area, and worldwide. Food is never warm, they ran out of everything even when they just opened. All theyserve now is greenbeans LOL i think the staff ate all the broccoli and gravy! They now open at 11am which is so late compared toother ikea restaurant which opens at 10am. The servers are very specific about them opening at 11 but they are not even ready,they are rude, racist (which is weird because this is a global brand) and lazy too. I am really sad their quality has gone down.This is not typical ikea. Just go somewhere else. Read more
The food is never even warm. Cold mash potatoes, gravy and meatballs. The salmon is overcooked and dried out. This is the... worst Ikea restaurant. So disappointing and nothing like the other Ikea restaurants we have been to. The drink machine isalways out. The manager and employees are apathetic. Read more
I usually enjoy my experience at the ikea restaurant. I took a friend shopping and after that we decided to have lunch, it was... her first time. Decided to go with the Swedish meatballs and the employee said they were out of the lingonberry jam. Then wepaid for sift drinks and the machine wasn't working properly because it just dispensed a syrupy mixture that was all sugar notcarbonation at all. And lastly almost ALL the tables were dirty and no one around to clean them. Incredibly disappointed, Iwill continue to shop online and or click and collect. Read more
I always enjoy lunch while shopping here. The staff are nice, the food is good. Get the vegetable medallion! So delicious. It... does seem to be a recurring problem that their soda machines are either down or the ratios are off. But other than that, great.Whoever has been cutting the cakes should be given a raise, haha. Got the veggie dog for the first time since they didn't have veggie meatballs (restaurant closed but café open; I'm vegan), and... it was pretty good. The spicy mustard was a little much, but the bun helped tone it down. Mustard wasn't overly spicy, more likeaggressively sour. Would eat again but with ketchup instead of mustard. Read more
Meatballs are always delicious. Today though the potatoes were bland. I hope this is not a new recipe because the old potatoes... were the staple of the plate! Please change back to the old potatoes! Read more
Really big, beautiful item & friendly staff. Wallpaper is really pretty and they had different ideas when you change your decor.
Love it! Great for a cheap place to eat.
