My most recent visit to this Norfolk Virginia Hardee's location (on Tidewater Drive) was this morning around approximately the... 747 am timeframe. I ordered two omelette biscuit sandwiches for my husband and I. The employee handling my order was friendlyand gave me my order extremely quick (approximately within around 100 seconds after the receipt for my order generated from oneof the receipt machines). However I can still say that the sandwich came out very delish and the biscuit had a yummy taste withthe right amount of moistness and softness that enhanced the omelette mixture in the sandwich. I have been craving breakfastsandwiches more frequently since at least around September 2022 for some reason(where I enjoy eating breakfast sandwiches atleast 2 to 3 times a week andor more) and the breakfast sandwich that I purchased this morning from Hardees tasted better than Iexpected with the added bonus of the employee handling my order giving good customer service. Ordered a a number 11 a chicken sandwich combo. When I got my food and drove away to find out all of it was cold and my chicken... sandwich was a giant bun with one thin cold chicken strip and 4 pickles. Ridiculous. Read more
I visited this location on Wednesday morning for the first time in several months. I was extremely disappointed. I thought... something must be wrong because it was taking so long to go through the drive-thru even though there weren't that many cars. Inoticed that two cars left the line before receiving their order. When I finally got up to the speaker the woman working thedrive-thru had her microphone on continuously and I could hear how orders were being messed up at the pickup window. When shefinally took my order she seemed to not know or care what she was doing. After placing my order I waited in the line for another15 minutes or so before I finally gave up and left the line and there were still two cars ahead of me. Well, I'm going to learn not to go to certain Hardee's. The one on Tidewater Drive is trifling. For one they needed to change... the grease in the fryer and you could taste it in your food. They gave my a chicken sandwich that was dark and hard, then theone not much better, it was hot. My advice is not to go to this Hardee's, now don't get me not all Hardee's are bad, so justknow your Hardee's before you go there. Read more
I ordered 3 of the new bacon double cheeseburgers. 7pm. The food and the service were excellent. The burgers were made fresh,... but the nice cashier asked if I wanted to wait. Our family was very happy ????. Read more
No customers and 20 minute wait for 3 burgers. Previously was so so for same order. At least the meat was cooked and cashier was... pleasant. Not a drop of margarine on breads. A combo is almost $10 for this?? So disappointed. Read more
The worst Hardee?s there is. They need to close this whole restaurant. So unprofessional it?s ridiculous. You wait forever for... your food especially in the drive thru.
