This is by far one of the best Hardee's in our area. Great hot food always customer service is always great. Workers seem happy... and not mad like other places. I live by the princess Anne store and which I will Never visit again, I will by pass it to cometo this one by the mall just for good customer service. Read more

The lobby was not cleaned properly but it was open to the public. The floors and common areas looked unkept. The workers were... not friendly or attentive. They lack communication skills and their ability to manage multiple orders via lobby, drive thru, &food delivery orders was not orderly. My meal was fresh, hot, and tasty. But because of the lack of professionalism present withthe staff, I give it 3 stars. Read more
