There is a nat frozen in my ice cube wow on top of the horrible service on September 7 at 6:45 PM girl at the window was rushing... and had a nasty attitude at the window for no reason. She didn't even speak when we pulled up. Then the girl with pink braidscame to the car and didn't speak until we said thank, she mumble ya welcome while being on the phone talking to someone. This is one of the closest places to where I work and one of the few places to get food without crossing over the bridge. But at... this point it's just really not worth going here, the food ranges from decent to charred to a crisp but the real killer is theabsolute lack of service. The employees are all either curt and rude or completely absorbed in whatever conversation ishappening at the time. And having worked retail I get it, it's not an easy job and staying lively is how you get through theday. That being said the wait times for the food is outrageous, I've on more than one occasion waited 20+ mins for an order thatwas missing things or just wrong. And that's if they even take your order. My crew and I stopped here for a lunch break todayand they just watched us stand there for close to 15 mins. Only 3 people in the entire store, just standing there waiting toorder. They still made door dash orders. Still served the drive through. But for whatever reason, had absolutely no interest ineven getting out order started. literally sat in the drive thru for about 6 minutes and when we asked for a minute to review the menu, the worker repeatedly... asked if we wanted menu item 6. she raised her voice claiming she couldn?t hear us while we were basically yelling at thespeaker. once we were ready to order someone else was on the mic and began taking our order. then we were informed of a 7 minutewait and at that point we were completely over and and drove off. please do better. Great for breakfast sandwiches. But the price has gone up significantly the past year.
