They need to work on the employees tone when they are speaking to a customer when I called to complain about 2 turkey bacon... RANCH that had no ranch she said there was no manager that all she could do is give a discounts the next time I came in becausewe live a hour away so I wouldn't be returning the sandwiches I again asked when a manager would be here she proceeds to tell mewith major attitude that one would be here on the morning then said " I guaranty he will tell you the same thing". I ordered a veggie sub for lunch today & it was absolutely disgusting. It wasn?t hot (cheese wasn?t melted), there was so much... mayo/ sauce on it that the toppings fell out & the sub itself wasn?t cut all the way through which made a giant mess when Itried to pick it up.
