Ordered a drink and sandwich, paid, went to eat and stuff was missing. I asked for the missing item on the side and was told... they were out of it... would have liked to know that before I paid 12$ for a meal that wasn?t made complete. Too much commotion for a simple drink. I usually enjoy going to Einstein, but I'm never going back after today. A female... employee was obnoxiously loud (using profanity) somewhere behind the counter, but I didn't care too much about that and wentahead and ordered my drink. Got my drink and noticed the whipped cream on it. Kindly asked the person who made my drink to justscrap it off, since I'm lactose intolerant. She went to ask the person who took my order if I wanted whipped cream and he said"no" and showed her the paper. Anyway, still not that big of a deal until the obnoxiously loud girl noticed her taking back mydrink and ASSUMED I had asked to get a new one made. So she started getting all obnoxiously loud again and kept repeating,"Don't make another one! Don't do it! Don't do it!" She finally shut up after the girl told her I only wanted it scrapped off. Being a ODU student, I have been here a good number of times and each time the service has been good. Granted, they do have... days where the service can be as slow as molasses, but they are generally good at making your food in a timely manner and it isgenerally really good. One time I ordered a sandwich and the lady working there accidentally got it wrong. I said it was fineand I could have the one she made. She said that she would make the one I originally ordered and so I got two sandwiches; oneof them being free! So if you're in the area and are hungry, give this place a visit! Read more
There was 1 person in front of me when I got in line. Ended up waiting 15 mins for two sandwiches, and they were both cold and... the bagel was stale. I don't expect much from food locations at ODU but come on, everyone moves like snails and sounds so rude. Your job isn't that hard. Read more

The most senior worker (older black lady) was incredibly rude and confrontational. On multiple occasions when I?ve gone to this... location she has given not only me but other students attitude. When I asked for a dairy-free bagel (which is advertised intheir display case) she tried to argue with me that all bagels have dairy in them. I informed her that that?s not true and thatif they don?t offer dairy-free bagels the sticker should be removed. She responded by telling me ?that?s something you?ll needto talk to the supervisor about.? Her attitude not only made this interaction incredibly negative unnecessarily but also madethose around us uncomfortable. Read more
