Being a common customer while driving with my mother down to this place is very nice. The downside being to deal.with ignorant... drivers trying to hit you when you try to leave the place, but disregarding that. The place is very nice, if messy then thestaff clean it up right away to look good as new to keep the atmosphere in there fresh and spotless. The staff (depending on whoyou see) can be polite, friendly, interactive, funny, and just overall nice and helpful. The food and drink products that theyoffer never fail to taste good and enjoy and for that I just have to reccomend it heavily for those who are intrested on going,I hope that for whoever does go enjoys and take what I said into consideration. Asked for extra Carmel ice latte. Took a sip, can taste the sugar grains all in my mouth. Looked at the cup you can see the... sugar and Carmel at the bottom. And don?t even taste like extra Carmel. It?s not sweet at all probably because they didn?tbother to blend it. Also got the Sourdough breakfast sandwich? asked for my bacon to be cooked hard. Also didn?t follow throughthat instructions. Last 3 visit it's been dunkin "anything but" donuts. The selection is terrible they don't make them fresh. Thought I'd try it... again because it's closer to home. No more. I'll stick with duck donuts or somewhere else from now on. If you want a bagel orcoffee you'll probably be fine. Just not donuts. Read more
Completely unprofessional. I was waiting for my coffee and the older lady with light brown braids was behind the counter was on... the phone with a door dashers customer and she was telling her what donuts they had available. Once she got off the Phone shelooked at the door dasher and said ?who do these people think they are ordering donuts on a Saturday at 12 o?clock in theafternoon, they need to order donuts earlier in the day?.. do not recommend coming here if you are wanting to order food laterthan 12 in the afternoon Read more
My sister and I stopped here to grab a quick bite of breakfast. Around 5:45 AM we ordered one avocado toast with egg, one... sausage egg & donut and two coffees. We were driving out of town and didn?t each any lunch or snacks until we made it to ourdestination around 7PM. Once we were close to our destination we both started to experience stomach aches. Then we ended up atthe hospital due to food poisoning. This was on Saturday- we are now on Tuesday & we are both still very I?ll. I am pregnant andit is very scary right now. placed a mobile order and when we got there, staff told us that they didn?t have what we ordered. we requested a refund they got... very angry at us. while waiting for the manager to come, we noticed an alarming amount of fruit flies all over the donuts. afterwe finally got our refund and we?re walking out the door, the manager said ?don?t come in here expecting things when you orderit on the mobile app?. very rude and unprofessional.
