It?s my friend?s 21st birthday. Walmart doesn?t seem to have cakes available for pickup for today, and I do not have a car but... at least I can Uber, even though it?s pricey and frustrating. I had put in my order, waited 40-50 minutes just to be told theydo not have the flavors I asked for/ordered. They were out of like 5 flavors. The flavors/frosting they have left, I know myfriend won?t like so I?m not gonna get it. I don?t quite understand?I get it things happen but I?ve never heard of a donut placerun out of flavors/frosting and it?s frustrating because it?s for a celebration. I had to cancel my order. So, I rarely frequent places that serve mainly coffee and breakfast items so I'm not familiar with the menu. While I was in the... drive-thru I asked several questions because I don't know how they prepare their coffee. The young lady who was taking my orderclearly misinterpreted my attempt to get clarity and she became defensive with me. "Ma'am, what is it that you're looking for?"she asked. At this point, better service is what I'm looking for! What is wrong with people who work in customer service?! Whathappened to patience and service with a smile?! Where is the disconnect?! And since when is asking questions about products andservices a crime?! I simply needed help and evidently she was the wrong person for the job. To be honest, the food and coffee isdecent but that attitude was real funky. Customer service means everything to me, hence the two-star rating. Read more
The food is delicious but even if you don't want a donut I strongly recommend you go and see the most beautiful man working the... drive thru. They should put into the social marketing. Sales will INCREASE! LOL. But also very courteous and professional. A++ Read more
The only reason I?m giving this a two star not a one star is I don?t believe the delicious iced coffee from Dunkin should have... to suffer from the results of the evil manager on duty lol I think she could?ve ended up getting a five star review if shewould?ve just saved the delicious coffee at Dunkin? Trey was patient with me. I was here around 7:30AM picking up 2 dozen donuts for a sleep over and he loaded me up with pairs of... everything. You never know what kids are gonna want. It was refreshing having someone behind the counter who was happy andhelpful. Thank you Trey for the great experience. I will come back for sure. Go inside and see Trey. We are always in a rushgoing through drive through windows and don't take the time to connect with people. He's a college kid so make sure you tip hima few bucks if you can! Read more
