Pizza wasnt ready even after half an hour,we thought may be its an error in the app,head to the shop and was waiting there... another 20 mts,shop was nearly empty,still customer has to come and checkin to have even the baking to start? Last time ordering from this location!! My order said it was ready on the app but I was told to wait 7-8 mins for something on... my order. I ordered a 2-liter sprite and they didn?t any besides Diet Coke. I felt like I should?ve been notified but I didn?treceive any calls. I tried to take off the 2-liter but they said I had to pay $5 more which didn?t make any sense. Read more
I ordered four 20 oz sodas last night and the delivery driver forgot to drop them off. It was midnight so the store was closed... and I thought I would just call the next day to address the issue. I called back today and the manager said that because Ididn't call last night and my order says it was completed, that they can't do anything for me. I even stated that I had ringfootage of the driver only dropping off food and not drinks. No wonder this store only has three stars, until they choosecapable management who actually knows how and when to take care of customers, this store will be complete garbage when it comesto customer service. I've never talked to anyone who cared less than this manager and her mistake, since she was the one whosent the order out. Read more
This location has gone downhill. Save yourself the headache and cook. I waited an hour for 3 pizzas and wings that were supposed... to be delivered in 43 minutes. Checked the app and my pizza was still being prepared. Called the store to let them know thatI?ll come pick it up (as it?s only 6 minutes from my parents house) and was hung up on twice without speaking to anyone anddecided to drive there while on hold the 3rd time. There was ONE person ordering inside the store, mind you Im still on hold. Ayoung man walks from the back to take my order. I asked him if the phones were broken as I was actively waiting on hold and wasconfused on why they had 2 individuals in the store for carry out orders but no one answering the phones or assisting with prep.He looked like a deer in head lights. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location. Even if it?s over an hour away you will still get your food a lot faster.... Absolutely do not try for the delivery, you will understand why after waiting several hours and they still haven?t contacted youabout your order. And when you contact them do not expect them to care about the order you placed several hours ago. But I willsay it?s probably a fun place to work, it has a dance club atmosphere. So be ready to speak very loudly when you go inside anddon?t be afraid to start dancing. Saw several people breaking in down in the waiting room and behind the counter. I ordered my food for carry out tonight at 6:30 pm& arrived to my food being already prepared at 6:45 pm. I leave this store and... get home realizing my pizzas weren?t cut through completely, we?re terribly unevenly cut & one of my slices had no toppings. Icall the store back asking how this may be resolved, the employee on the telephone said my food would be remade & get a creditfor my experience. I return to the store & speak to the manager I told her my issues, she refuses to give me her name & wasrude. I showed her my pizza, how it was Not cut through properly, messy and not topped correctly. Her response was,?there?smore toppings on your pizza than you would normally get. Im not remaking your food.? I stood in awe for 30 minutes before anemployee named Al who directed me with dignity & morals. He refunded my money & apologized for the manager. I just don?tunderstand why you have me come back to show you the mess of a pizza you should have pride in making, then deny mycompensation. I am very disgusted with the service & experience that I had to report it to dominos officials. I was notsurprised at how no one washed their hands, we?re not wearing gloves, touching their faces & devices & continued makingcustomers food! We had a party that we needed fo provide pizzas for. We ordered 3 large pizzas on the phone. When we came 20 minutes later like... told, they told us to come back. We ended up calling and basically waited another 40 minutes which made us late for the party.They ended up giving us the three larges for free. Read more
manager sarajay very unprofessional was fussing going back and forth with customer because she didn?t have any help in the... store.
