HORRIBLE PLACE. Don?t order from them! They don?t update you and because more then one order is coming to the same place they... are making us wait two hours just to get food! Two hours, when they could have called and told us they were doing that insteadof making us wait. Manager didn?t even bother to get on the phone. I get that times are short but it isn?t fair to a customereither when it said the order will be there in 40 min and they make you wait two hours for it. Read more
Order pizza online for pickup and pay in store. When I show up when it told my pizza was ready the store lobby doors are locked... and do not answer phone. This seems now to be their customer service, they need to closed it down and get a real place to get apizza. Had to order another pizza from Marcos at least they let you pay and pick up. Also, they have not delivery drivers soorder at your own risk, you may or may not get your pizza. Read more
I will forever wonder how this place is still open. I?m now on my second time in the same month where my food ?being prepared?... for well over 30 minutes. The app said 40-50 minutes delivery time and yet my pizza has been being prepared for about 45minutes. The last time I ordered from here it took them 2 and a half hours just to call and ask me to come pick up my order orcancel. This dominos is pretty good. I have had issues with them before, but I order from here a lot. Even then, most issues were very... small and fixed quickly. They deliver on base which is the reason I order from them as much as I do. The drivers are alwaysfriendly and I'd say most of the time our food comes without issues, even on larger orders. I think the worst experience I hadwith this specific dominoes was about 2 years ago, and it was that it took exceptionally long to get our food, and it arrivedsomewhat cold. I would definitely not order from this Domino?s any day of the week. Waited an hour and a half just for my order (2 medium... pizzas & 1 bread) to reach ?quality check? on the tracker. Then, it was on ?quality check? for over 30 minutes. I live 5 minutesfrom this Domino?s and I just can?t fathom delivery taking 2-3 hours no matter how busy they are. Also, I had to make contactwith the store regarding my order and was given a vague answer. My husband is military and I?m EMS. We work very long hours 7days a week and sometimes we just want food delivered. I feel like that?s not a big ask. 0/5 stars, overall waiting 2.5 hoursjust to eat dinner at 10pm and wake up at 3am for work. Read more
