I love, love, love some Cookout. It's never a bother, a hassle, or a burden to go there. My family loves it. They've gotten my... order perfect about 98% of the time. The 2% they gave me extra food on accident. But not complaining at all because the food isalways on point, hot, quick & delicious. Plus, they got that good Ice. The cheeseburger with chili and cole slaw is delicious. The service was very good, a little wait, but that was made easy by the... friendly and the competent staff. I was surprised at how busy they were and how professional they maintained. It makes sensethat there be a wait when you get fresh hot food served correctly and great tasting. So normally this place is pretty good but something happened and I gotta say something about it. We get in line and there's this... huge delay, so after being stuck in line we order (several times) and as soon as the cashier opens the left window we hear thisguy, who was Caucasian and wearing a black shirt, ranting and cursing about how he was going to delay the line on purposebecause a lady was rude to him or something. It?s been about 5 or 6 months since I?ve been here, so I stopped by today to grab lunch. I ordered a tray with the 1/4 burger,... fries and white cheddar cheese bits.
