This place is usually on the ball. Person taking the order was very cordial and polite. Get up to the window the girl could... hardly even open the window to hand me my shake and food. I love, love, love some Cookout. It's never a bother, a hassle, or a burden to go there. My family loves it. They've gotten my... order perfect about 98% of the time. The 2% they gave me extra food on accident. But not complaining at all because the food isalways on point, hot, quick & delicious. Plus, they got that good Ice. The cheeseburger with chili and cole slaw is delicious. The service was very good, a little wait, but that was made easy by the... friendly and the competent staff. I was surprised at how busy they were and how professional they maintained. It makes sensethat there be a wait when you get fresh hot food served correctly and great tasting.
