I love Cocojam and it\'s unfortunate that not everyone gets to have an amazing experience here. The food is always delicious and... is a luxury to my tastebuds. I really wanted to fall in love with this place… I paid $40 (insane) for 6 tacos ( 3 curry chicken and 3 oxtail barria) they... were half the size I expected… The curry was decent flavor slight spice but made the tortilla sooo soggy by the time I atethem. No roti available ( what I originally came for) The oxtail was not impressive or flavorful for $25…There were no Veganor beef patties available even though they are still on the menu. I hope the bowls are better along with the portion size forthe high prices. I would try again another time. Read more

I went last weekend after seeing it on TikTok. The establishment was extremely small. The food was precooked and warmed in the... microwave. There’s is hot plate behind the register that they used to cook ordered food on. Several aluminum pans, againbehind the front counter that they make plates out of. It gives ghetto. The customer service was good. I orders the jerk tacos.The chicken was dry and flavorless, but somehow the tortilla was soggy! My husband had the oxtail bowl. He thought that it wasdecent. I ordered the jerk chicken and corn my jerk chicken was extremely dry it had no jerk sauce on it it just tasted like grilled... chicken I was shocked because the place really gives Caribbean vibes the music the atmosphere everything I will no longer eathere it was my first and last time people aren\'t properly trained at the counter and it just was not what I intended on havingat all. I hope yall get better and I most certainly wanted a refund but they close at 6 and I was forced to have that because Ididn\'t want to waste money. If I could give 0 stars I would. I visited Cocojam on 4 September 2022. I went to this place because I follow a blogger and she... tells of amazing foods in the local 757. When I got there it was clean. The problem came with the customer service as well as alack of food and drinks. When speaking to the lady taking my order and my friends order she had a horrible attitude thatincluded rolling her eyes and side eyeing as I asked questions about how the menu works so that I may order properly. Then whatI wanted wasn\'t available as well as many other food items. No Vegan food was available nor were the Oxtail tacos available.The drink containers were empty but the workers were walking around drinking what was supposed to be in the empty containers.There wernt any signs posted about items not available. The menu had slightly different prices than what was on the door wherethe drinks and salads were. They put very little meat on the tacos and I watched as she took the tortilla wrap and touch it toher body as to adjust it in her hand. And again the attitude and service was poor. When the young lady handed me my food shejust about slid it across to me not looking called my number and walked off and left from behind the counter. My rice was soggybut my friend\'s rice was hard and crunchy but they came from the same container off the heat. Which reminds me to mention thefood wasn\'t hot or even warm.
