I had the frosted coffee this morning and it tasted like they put coffee Creamer in it instead of ice cream ... It was cold but... not frozen and at hand the slimy greasy taste of fake coffee Creamer. If I had not been in a hurry I would have turned aroundand gone back. I loved it. I had a chicken sandwich with some waffle fries, and it couldn't have tasted better. It was a bit crowded, though.... Probably because it's so good. If you can get through the line I would definitely recommend. Read more

Terrible experience at this location. The employees ignored all customers waiting to order in the lobby. A customer in line... asked, "Is anyone working the register!?" The line grew longer as the service was slow. Then no employees or manager woulduphold the in store September sandwich give away even though there is a poster advertising a free sandwich. No one could figureout how to use the app to get a free sandwich and no one offered a solution to the problem. The floor was dirty and and hadn'tbeen swept. 3 tables were dirty and not cleaned. I ordered the minis and it was ice cold. I think they stage there food. It's not made to order. Also I asked for fries instead... of tots and they told me no. When I ask for those at my local store they always do it. I usually just wait like 5 minutes. Thisplace is lazy. Read more
Chick-fil-a usually doesn?t disappoint. But this drive thru process caused me stress and anxiety. It was my first time... visiting this location so I didn?t know what to do. The posted signs and the staff directions were different. It was busy andonce you enter you are stuck for a bit. I was trying to leave out, but was directed into the drive thru line as I didn?t knowbetter. Ended up ordering on the app since I was waiting in the line. Ordered 4 parfaits and received one spoon. The frieswere pitiful and darker than normal. Other than the drive thru confusion, fries, and the one spoon for 4 people, the food wasgood. I eat here about once a week and normally everything is great! But today I found plastic mixed into my salad which I almost... swallowed. Very important to chew your food. I understand that it can be difficult serving food without errors when you are asbusy as you are, but this is not cool. I ask that you take a bit more time preparing your salads. Read more
Ordered off of Door Dash, and I was missing an item out of my order so I ended up calling over to Chic Fil A and I left a... message about an item left out of my order. To this day I have not received a call back. This was a very expensive order due tothe fact everyone ordered in my office and two it's off of door Dash. Door Dash prices is more expensive then going to get it,so I expect my order to be correct. Door Dash, Grub hub, and other delivery food apps doesn't like giving money back and if thedo, they would give so much back and then band u from ordering off the app. So I expect the restaurants to take their time toget the orders correct or they solve the issue.
