Gave 3 stars because the drive thru young lady took the time to go inside and ask the acting manager if I could have my grilled... nugget without the seasoning. Just simple grilled nuggets cooked without the spice. She gets the 3 stars because she was willingto ask for what the customer was interested in having. I share that to share this...every location I've asked for grillednuggets without seasoning I have been able to get. It takes a little longer and I absolutely willing to wait. And willing to goinside to order and wait. Wondering if the business owner is aware of this practice? I'll continue to go to Chick-fil-A for mygrilled nuggets, just not this location because I cant get them cooked the way I like them. Read more
Chick Fil A is always tasty but this location is the fastest I?ve been to. They have a separate express lane for mobile drive... thru orders. Just scan the QR code in the app and pull up. The food is always fresh and delicious. Read more
So I don?t go to Chick-fil-A but once a month I have to limit myself because I love it so much. I went to the N. Hampton Blvd.... Chick-fil-A to get my usual Chick-fil-A sandwich combo with no pickles. I go to Chick-fil-A specifically for the sauce. And Iuse exactly 6 small packets of honey roasted barbecue sauce on my meal no ketchup no nothing else just honey roasted barbecuesauce. I was shocked to look in my bag and only see two sauces when I specifically ordered six. I told the lady that I stillneeded four honey roasted barbecue sauces and she told me we?re only allowed to give two sauces per meal. I asked if I couldneeded to buy two more meals and threw them away for my sauce. She gave me two more packets still two less than what I use. ????If this is a continuing thing I will be marking Chick-fil-A off of my list of places to go. If you?re going to limit sauces totwo sauces per meal then they should at least offer to sell a side of that sauce. Of course Chick-fil-A is world renown for it?s hospitality, kindness to everyone that sets foot on their property. But the one... that is near the Premium Outlet is extraordinarily good. I was greeted every where that I turned, the lady that took my orderwas all that a customer could desire at a fast food restaurant. I ordered the softest sausage, egg and cheese sandwich andbrother it the best that I have ever eaten. The restroom was spotless (inspection clean) immaculate! When you are in The MermaidCity (Norfolk) you must stop by. There you have it, 1501 Northampton Blvd is your destination?enjoy! Read more

Today for lunch I ordered a salad and had some special requests, Daniel had exceeded any and all my expectations, not only did... he make sure to notate my special requests... he walked it over to the window to make sure I received exactly what I ordered. My visa card was charged for a meal that I didn't receive. Everyone please be careful when using your debit/credit cards. The... holidays are here and people are saving cards and going back and use them for their own personal well-being. That is consideredfraud and also selling your hard earned money.
