Since I had time to eat an early dinner before my shift I decided to give this a try. I approached the cashier, smiled, and... greeted them. I was greeted and asked to place my order. I noticed the menu had changed and I asked if they still offered theUltimate Club. The cashier replied that they didn't know and they were new to this Charley's. I assured them that it was noproblem and I stated that I will simply choose something else. I briefly looked at the new menu and within 5 seconds began toplace an order. During this time, the cashier began a cell phone conversation and turned away as if I had suddenly disappeared.I was confused and assumed that there was something that warranted an emergency but also was put off by the fact that I wasbeing purposefully ignored. I made eye contact with one of the employees working the grill who was at a loss and I looked againto the cashier who was fully engrossed in their phone conversation. After 45 seconds, I went to another restaurant in the foodcourt, where I was given much better customer service. As someone who gives excellent customer service in spite of these hardtimes, it is extremely disappointing to have experiences like this when I am in need of service. The food is prepared fresh right in front of you! Its oh so tasty! The service is awesome. Great spot for lunch!!

If I could give a negative status I would! I ordered from the app and was given a delivery time. After waiting almost an hour I... get a status change to delivery canceled. They did not give me a refund. They have no 800 nber to speak with anyone about arefund. I call the Monticello Ave location to find out what was going on because the delivery text said contact Monticellolocation and gave their number. Guess what happened....I called 10 times and each time it's like they are having dropped callswhere the line just hangs up with no answer. All of this after they got my money and a delivery fee. They kept their food andkept my money! Read more

The meat tasted like an old sandwich. The service was terrible. My stomach started hurting ???? right after I finished eating. I... think he spat in my food. I don?t recommend this place at all. Please plz don?t try it for your own sake! Read more

Customer service and food quality has decreased over time. Do not expect much from the meals here. You may get a nice refreshing... beverage but that's about it. The subs are heavy on the bread and light on the veggies and meat. The fries used to be actualsteak fries but has changed to a standard straight french fry style. Read more

It was so horrible. They completely messed up a 57 dollar order. Glad i got a full refund. Also can you guys pay ya bill so that... you may be contacted unless you have a whole new number so your employees can call out. Read more
