After attending the Eastern tournament here in Virginia, seeing those bowling lanes up in a Northern Town here that's the only... time that I truly took a look at how different and better the service and as a service industry overall, it's just really couldhave been a much better experience all around every time I go there that's why I don't freaking go there anymore. Went for a work function. Lanes were mostly open. Maybe 2 other smaller groups bowling while we were there. Food was great, good... variety and it was fresh. Read more
excellent place to go spend a nice family afternoon spacious clean place The only bad thing is the cashier who attended us that... day, we were paying each round of game because that's how we had treated it with my friends, I paid the first and then myfriends sent to pay the rest. The cashier said that she didn't have time to attend to us all the time... I'm sorry but asbusiness owners it doesn't bother us that they even pay us with coins and she, who is an employee, got angry, that's why my 3stars . Read more
Came into this center for their first PBA Regional last month and it went nothing but smooth. I attend a lot of the South... regionals and I would give this center one of my top ratings out of the ones I've seen. The management was on top of everythingthroughout the entire event, especially Jan, who never left the lanes unattended. There was a lane problem towards the end ofthe event and the mechanics jumped right on it before we could even call it in. Definitely looking forward to future eventshere. We went there this evening for a work event. The staff was absolutely top notch!They were all kind,efficient and superb. The... bowling alley was clean the food and drinks were delicious and well priced. Our server I believe her name was Julian was thebest!!! We will definitely be back.
