Normally, I love Boston Markets because it's a healthier alternative to greasy burgers and the usual fast-food fare. This... location; however, was a disappointment with their rotisserie chicken. I was distracted and not watching when the server cut upmy chicken ordered. I won't make that mistake again! I ordered the Family Deal for 6 ppl. The chicken was hard with the wingsbeing dry and a bit crunchy. The breasts were totally dry. Had I inspected the packaging prior to leaving, they would havegiven me another chicken! The chicken looked like it had taken a casual stroll through Hell! Customer Service was very nice andprofessional; restaurant was clean.The sides of spinach and yams were delicious and up to my expectations. This location wouldhave garnered more stars had it not been for the burnt chicken. I did manage to salvage some digestible meat and made a smallbowl of chicken salad. Read more

No matter how many times you tell me "no problem dear" after I profusely... apologize for not knowing exactly what I want doesn't cover up your rudeness. 2. Body language and tone speak louder than yourwords. 3. If a customer is the only person in the restaurant and is looking up at the menu board - don't rush them. 4.Understand that in a world with many dining opportunities, that restaurants close every day EVEN IF you have good food and GREATcustomer service. This is a terrible establishment. They do NOT give refunds for orders they mess up that's paid for through their restaurant... website. I had one email from the Area Director named Bernice Hammond asking for copy of my receipt and I have heard nothingfrom her, even after I sent to follow up emails. If you're going to waste money at this location, make sure you order via DoorDash! GrubHub or a similar service because their employees do not know how to give refunds for orders made directly throughtheir site! How hard is it to make sure complete orders are made before people pick up and deliver?! Read more
The quality of the meals are comparable to a frozen dinner purchased from a grocery store. It smells a bit like a school lunch... given in a cafeteria. Teenagers seem to enjoy it but those that desire a well cooked meal or at least an authentic experiencewill not appreciate what this restaurant has to offer. I would definitely not recommend.
