Food is a bit bland, especially the vegan and vegetarian options. Not enough vegan options to begin with. Had a lovely sit down breakfast, I had the Monarch Way. Glad husband was with me because I needed to share it. The cafe is clean... and bright, staff was über friendly and charming. Tip: register your phone number for rewards. I would stop here again if I wasin the area. Read more

I have been here twice and have had a really good experience both times. It is a little pricey, but it's worth it. The staff... is always really friendly and helpful. As a student at ODU it is a short walk to get here which makes it a good alternative toStarbucks or Einstein Bagels which are right on campus. Read more
