Went at 7 they close at 8. They had two pretzel cups, 3 pretzels and refused to make anything else.... so we begrudgingly picked... from what they had which after tasting we regret as they had probably been there for hours, we got cheese which was cold and nonapkins in the bag... complete disappointment. Great customer service.
Poor customer service. Theres a sign with their hours right next to the register and it says 7pm. I walk up at 5:58 pm and at... first noone even acknowledges me for a minute. Then the girl finally speaks and tells me all they have for tonight is what's inthe case. Its literally two lonely pretzels sitting in the case. Terrible. Read more
