Excellent customer service from our waiter - very attentive, helped us with finding good options for each member of our party,... on top of drinks, regularly asked if we needed anything. The food is still Applebee's food, which is generally how you'd expectit to be - not terrible, not mind-blowing. We were all starving and hangry and our waiter really stepped up to make theexperience good. When a staff member saw my husband take our toddler to the bathroom to change her diaper. Then bring her backbecause there was no place to change her in the men's room (and my husband has been known to get creative), they made sure tolet us know there was a changing table in the lady's restroom. Less than 40 hours ago, my husband and I agreed to try some food from the Norfolk Virginia Tidewater drive area Applebee's.which... included cheetos original cheese bites cheesy broccoli, bourbon street steak double crunch shrimp four cheese mac and cheesewith honey pepper chicken tenders The driver who came to the door was timely and polite and the steak and cheeto bites werevery delish. Never been to this Applebees before. The inside was cool and clean. Our waitress was great! Thank you Becky. My only gripe was... the bathroom was disgusting. Felt like it has never been cleaned. You expect to see a mean bathroom gross, I mean we owe oneverything but this was a different level. Read more
Ordered catering for teachers appreciation a day in advance (just for 18 people), order was late and the manager was rude on the... phone, when we got the order the spinach artichoke dip had spilled everywhere. The other food tasted fine just cold and thepackaging was not reheat friendly Read more
The restaurant appeared clean and the waitress was friendly and attentive. The food was delivered quickly and was cooked... well. I, personally, didn?t find the steak as good as some other places, but everything was good. $20+ for a lunch seemed high,but prices have increased everywhere lately. The music was a little loud and the table at the booth was very high making it alittle awkward. Overall, the service and food were both good, but I have found other steakhouses at a comparable price better. Read more
Food was bad old and manager was unaccommodating. Salad was old nasty!!! The onion rings were burnt dose not come close to the... pictures on the menu!!! The manager never replaced my foods nore did he try to refund my card!!! Just not worth going there!!!Customer service is poor!!! They dont care for customer service at all!!! Nasty place!!! We had a party of like 10 and the waitress was so patient and organized while attending to so many people. The food was... delicious and they even had a Halloween themed drink menu that was delicious BTW. Nice place to go for a get together or just tohang out at the bar to watch the game and have a drink. The food was as expected, but our server did great! We ordered all you can eat wings, I let him know I was putting down 3 of... them for sure, and like clockwork they came perfectly spaced; we felt taken care of without feeling interrupted, which I'm toldis the way.
