Arrived at 8:45. Order taker was fairly pleasant, but the gal in the back with the brown hair and glasses, wearing the headset,... was borderline rude. They acted inconvenienced by us dining in. We thought it was because they were closing soon, but online itsays they are open until 10. My sandwich was okay, but I will never come here again because I detest bad customer service. Read more

Usually good food and service. But tonight I found a hair on my sandwich right after opening the paper (so it had to have come... from the restaurant). Not happy to waste food because I'm grossed out but I cannot eat this. Read more
I love paying $8 for a sandwich and getting bread, lettuce, tomato, and a sliver of meat. Really disappointing.

I've never had Jimmy John's before. I was pleased with my order and I even got to sample some jalapeño chips that I went back... and ordered my own. Do try this restaurant. I think they make a marvelous effort. The drive thru at this building is a tad bitconfusing and difficult, but I really think it makes the meal more enjoyable. Read more
