After ordering in Drive through. I asked for a receipt. I was told to pull ahead and we'll bring out your order. I waited 10... minutes and decided to back my car up to the window since no other cars were around. So a handful of young employees gatheredaround the window being very unprofessional. They asked me "what did you order". I told them and they responded by saying "Mybad...big dog, I got you. I couldn't tell the manager from employees with all the playfulness. They are SCAMMING! DONT WASTE MONEY OR TIME. They charged me 24.44 for a nugget meal and a cheeseburger. When I asked for a... receipt they told me they couldn?t give me one. The manager on charge, a young lady, was very unprofessional. I ordered a chicken sandwich with chicken lettuce and cheese only.... It was correct on the screen, they pass me the order the first time and it had chicken lettuce and tomato. I was at the window,I told the manager that I asked for chicken lettuce and cheese, she took the sandwich back to the line and pass me the samesandwich, this time with only chicken! Then the manager ask me to park, in front of the door, Wich I did, then some brought thesandwich out and it only had chicken and let, the lobby doors were lock, so I had to walk to the window, the manager wanted totake the same sandwich and bring it back to the line. I ask to get a fresh sandwich. Then the manager wanted to give me themoney back! Like it was my fault that it took them four times to make right! And they keep bringing the same sandwich to theline again, and again. what about food safety??? All my family members waiting on dinner, I can't leave with out one of thesandwiches. What is wrong with people? Why people don't listen.!! I have been working for fast food for 23 years, is not aboutthe speed but the friendliness and accuracy. The smoothies drive thru! It reminded of fast food service before COVID!! My food was made right, hot and fresh; my first time... trying the taco salad, very nice late night snack!!! They seriously don't want anyone coming back to this place. I've gone here every now and then, always through the drive through,... and always when it isn't really busy. And every single time, they royally screw up my order. Order a baconator? Here, have atiny little value cheeseburger, $12 please. Want a baked potato? Have a small fry, $4 please. Seems this place really should gettorn down and replaced with something else; let another company take my money without giving me what I freaking ordered for achange. Read more
Management allows their employees to serve up burnt cookies and they will not refund you for it, you have to wait 30 minutes to... get a fresh cookie. Do not place a mobile order and do not waste your time here. Read more
The woman that was taking orders in the drive thru on the day I went deserves a whole raise. I think it was 5/19 when I went.... She was so pleasant. The food was also on point. Fresh and surprisingly good as far as fast food is concerned. Definitely doinga great job at this location. Read more
You definitely have to time the line here. Get a few cars in line and it takes forever. With just one car it?s super fast. I... either go here or Wendy?s for my work lunch depending on which one has the shorter line. But this one is a definite no go withmore than a couple cars in line. Read more
