For me to take time out (of my hectic schedule) to write a review means A LOT! I spared this place quite a few times, but enough... is enough. I don?t recommend visiting here (at least in the morning). I absolutely hate putting my own people down, but theircustomer service is horrible. The only time I actually enjoyed myself was when the short haired woman was on the grill. Anyother time was not worth it AT ALL. They never greet upon arrival, they act like they don?t want to be there, the older malemanager curses his team out in front of customers, and is rude/impolite. There?s no sense of urgency whatsoever. One time, myserver actually snapped on me for inquiring about their shortage of to go cups (when I had no idea they were out). Maybe, it?sjust the morning crew, hopefully. I understand that most aren?t morning people, but it?s a breakfast place and I?m big on energyso I will NOT be returning here (if l can help it). Out of my eight day stay across the street I've come in seven times. Happened to be very slow each time so service was great.... One of the young ladies even recognize me on her second service of me. Food was delicious and I even had leftovers ????. My onlyissue was tables not cleaned well. Read more
I would give ZERO STARS if possible. This Waffle House is AWFUL! we went because it was close to us, the waiter didn?t care at... all. Screamed at us that they were switching to carry out only at 6:30pm (we walked in at 6:15). I asked for coffee and thewaiter said oh i put coffee to boil (coffee maker was OFF) so we don?t have any- the cook working shot him a look gripping herspatula, knowing he didn?t want to work or make coffee. Asked if we wanted our drinks in plastic or to go cups so he didn?t haveto do any dishes but watch Netflix instead. I had to ask several times for more water while the waiter was on his phone watchingNetflix on the job. Took our order with an attitude. I will not be returning.
