The lady named Loezin(lady with hat in the picture) is a horrible racist. She was just chatting and paid no attention to my... order. The folks here didn't want to even take my order in the first place, I had to push them to take my order! When I askedher why my hash brown order (requested without meat) was wrong , she asked me to leave. Utter Asian hate! This is not the firsttime that I am facing racial discrimination in Atlanta. But this instance was utterly disgusting and deserves attention! Nevervisit this place if you are Asian! They will not treat you well. Read more
Came in with the family after a road trip, they go to WH all the time in their hometown and have positive experiences. As soon... as we came in they told us it was to go only, despite there being no customers besides us. During the service the servers wereall on their phones and even were quite disrespectful (one particularly). One servers mother even came into the building andthey chatted for several minutes while our food was cooking. Overall an uncomfortable experience. The cook was nice and the foodwas good. However when we got to the car, we discovered they had given us no syrup for our waffles, had given us an extrawaffle, and put cheese on our order when we specifically said to remove the cheese during ordering. I don?t know if the sandwichwas good because it was smothered in the unwanted gross processed cheese. We have devised a theory based on other google reviewssaying they experienced to go orders only despite there being no rush and no need seemingly. WH charges an included 10% serverfee to all to go orders not done through the app. This encourages these servers particularly to take advantage and not seatpeople, deal with their tables, mess up the order, not have a friendly customer attitude, and still get a tip. :( Read more
Don't ignore exit 99 on 1-85! Get off and get a taste of Juan Carlos' sexy t-bone steak. You will feel right at home with this... night shift supervisor and super star chef. On 10/30 around 1045am we were waiting to be seated and was told once the booth is cleaned we can be seated. Then a family of... Four came in after us, mind you we had already been waiting. A Waffle House employee (Latino or Black female or male) proceededto tell another staff that She/He rather seat the family that came in after us in the booth. We eat at this location all thetime on the weekends and the staff there is always kind. This had to be a new person at this location we have never seen thisperson and we come just about every Saturday or Sunday. So what we had a problem with this particular staff told another staffOUTLOUD that She/He did not want to seat us in that location because it was 2 of us. First of all Waffle House is a place whereyou have a choice where you want to be seated. Secondly we were there first. Third good customer service the staff should haveasked us DO WE MIND sitting somewhere else and let the family that came behind us sit in the booth (we would have more thanlikely changed). Instead the staff was RUDE to us and just going to take it upon herself/himself and tell the other staff weshould not be seated there because we were a party of 2 and they were a party of 4. We were there first and they were cleaningthe table for us and the family of four walked in. We NEVER have had any issues at that location until today. I did not get thestaff name but we ended up leaving because we were not comfortable with that person being our waitress. Then top it off had thenerve to say OUTLOUD.. I was fighting for y?all to the other family that came in behind us. I have called but no one answer. Iwill report this to corporate BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE not everyone but this one particular female or male (not sure of the gender),So I don?t want to be disrespectful to any human when it comes to gender.
