I attempted to place a takeout order in person today but the employee may have had a language barrier. I clearly said no black... olives nor banaba peppers - yet he managed to put them on and ignored my requests to remove them after I asked him 2x! ????Please provide English language learning opportunities and hearing aides for your employees, or is that too much to ask? Go there about once a week. They always do a good job.
Fast service and tasty food! Clean lobby and restrooms too. Their cookies are always super fresh
Awful experience! I arrived around 7.10pm and the guy rolled his eyes on me, like I'm making him work more an hour before they... close, and he was rude and hostile the whole time I was there. He had a long beard and never covered it to make my meal, he evenfixed his turban looking thing while doing so, disgusting! Read more

We arrived at this Subway at 8:35pm. They close at 9pm. I ordered the meatball footlong. When he scooped up the meat, there was... only 2 meatballs in the pan. He asked me if I would take something else. I said sure, I'll take chicken. After we finished ourorders and paid for the food, I later saw that he had charged me for the chicken instead of the meatball sandwich. (the chickenwas $1.20 more) Personally I think it was wrong to charge me extra since they were the ones who didnt want to make moremeatballs. But oh well, you live and you learn.
