The sandwich was ok. I went here specifically because I got a coupon in the mail. Then after standing in line for a bit, I... noticed a little sign that said they were not accepting coupons. Online orders are often made incorrectly and not ready at the time of order. They except no promos, the point of sale always... asks for a big tip. They will not refund you if they dont have what is needed to make your online order. Maybe if enough peoplesay the same here, things will get better. Until then, Ill drive an extra 8 minutes to a better subway. Read more

I wanted 2 different sandwiches that included ham. They said they were out of ham. So I settled for something I didn't really... want. I didn't have time to go anywhere else. They were kind of rude about it & didn't do anything to try & make it right. Iasked for my extra cheese to be taken off since I didn't even get the sandwiches I wanted. I had just gotten coupons in the mail(that were expiring 3 days later) & they weren't even accepting coupons. How convenient. Needless to say, I won't be going backto this location. Read more

I was not greeted when I went in. I asked him is that proper customer service. He said I was helping another customer I said... well, when I became next in line he still didn?t greet me. I walked out. I don?t have to give any business my money withoutgreeting me. You do know there?s a million and one subways in norcross. So I will take my business somewhere else. So next timethe little Moroccan guy might wanna be nice and greet everyone that walks in the restaurant. I am just fed up with people andtheir need to think people have to give them their business. No sir. I went to another location off Holcomb bridge was given agreat customer service experience and I was greeted! I drive 3 extra miles to get to this location before going to his storenow. I usually try to avoid giving businesses bad reviews because it can negatively impact them but this location just takes the cake... on bad customer service. I ordered 2 cheese pizzas at this location. I have ordered pizzas before at other locations and theyhave been fantastic. First of all I was charged $1.20 extra for cheese and the amount of cheese I got wasn?t proportional to theextra charge. At other locations I have never been charged for extra cheese. Anyway that?s fine I don?t mind paying extra. Butwhen they sent me a survey to know my opinion I voiced my concern about it and the next day I got a response from this locationsaying subway is not known as a pizza place and all charges were appropriate. So in other words they are telling me to gosomewhere else for pizza. If that?s the case then why does Subway put the pizza on their menu? Additionally this person didn?tknow how long to cook the pizza. He kept removing and putting it back in the oven. He didn?t even know how to cut it properly.He didn?t have the appropriate uniform either. This is the first time I have had such a terrible experience at a Subway. I?ll goto another Subway location but not this one for sure. Read more
