Online orders are often made incorrectly and not ready at the time of order. They except no promos, the point of sale always... asks for a big tip. They will not refund you if they dont have what is needed to make your online order. Maybe if enough peoplesay the same here, things will get better. Until then, Ill drive an extra 8 minutes to a better subway. Read more

I wanted 2 different sandwiches that included ham. They said they were out of ham. So I settled for something I didn't really... want. I didn't have time to go anywhere else. They were kind of rude about it & didn't do anything to try & make it right. Iasked for my extra cheese to be taken off since I didn't even get the sandwiches I wanted.
