The location at 1740 Indian Trail Lilburn Rd NW, Norcross, GA 30093 that employs Nichelle has a wonderful employee. She was... holding it down by herself while there were 2 cars in front of me at the drive-through line and I saw one customer inside thestore when I received my order. I received my smoothie as ordered with no issues. I am amazed that 1 person working alone canstill be precise. I will not be surprised if she ends up working in corporate America in a high position one day soon. Read more

I guess they just charge extra for the cup because they didn?t fill it up by the way about 1/4 of the cup is missing
The owner of this place needs to get it together. Both times i?ve come here the employees have provided terrible service. Went... here on Mothers day and was told that their system is down and they can?t take any orders. On further questioning discoveredthat they can still accept cards?. meaning the system isn?t rly down. If the employees here told every single customer thatarrived that their system is down I can?t imagine how much business this place is losing. The other time I came here they didn?thave the right ingredients in stock. Sent a letter to corporate on the first time and got no response, so it shows there?s noreal effort here for customer satisfaction. Would just go to a different location next time. Read more
i usually have a great experience here and love their smoothies! but today nobody attend us at the drive thru. do we parked and... as we headed towards the door the people in the car parked next to us told us the smoothie king?s doors were lock but there waspeople inside. he procede to call them ?lazy?. and it was true the doors were locked and their were two employees inside. onewith the red uniform and the other with a black. then my family and i headed to another smoothie king ( the one in pleasant hill) and the same thing occurred!! I came today to eat around 2:15pm and I did not have a good experience at all. I ordered a Strawberry Banana Activator and a... strawberry hulk. When I got to the window, I was waiting for a long time before the lady (presumably the manager) finally openedthe window. When she opened the window she said "We don't have blueberries for the "Blueberry Activator" and I replied, "Iordered a Strawberry Banana." This is important because I ordered a completely different smoothie with different ingredients.She is going to then tell the other employee "Just add Banana to it." I didn't order a Blueberry Activator so why am I gettingone with no Blueberry but Banana added? My smoothie should've been remade to the one I paid for, not the mistake smoothie shetried to correct. (I can taste the ingredients, btw. Its different. The menu board shows ingredients too.) During the middle ofthis, I paid with 20 dollars and before she hands me my money, she says "Tell everyone else we're taking cards only." Why was Iable to pay with cash and now every one else is taking card only? I assume she's the manager so did she just decide she didn'twant to take cash? There wasn't a cash shortage sign anywhere, I could've paid with my card. Overall I don't think id want tocome back here, every other store has gotten my smoothies correct. Not to mention she wasn't very attentive to the situation.I'd rather just drink the smoothie than try to get a refund from her, cause it really didn't make any sense. Read more
The place was clean and looks better from the inside. We had good service. It is open 7 days a week. The place is a little... hidden and not very visible from the street, but I found it. If you are a fan of Smoothie King you will get yourself one. Noexcuses when you want a great smoothie. Read more
