Attitude! Attitude! Attitude! Black lady in the front had an attitude whole time we were ordering. And we ordered something else... and she grunted and was giving attitude. If you don?t like the job don?t work there horrendous attitude. It was my first timethere and will be my last time there. I worked for many restaurants but that level of attitude was not needed at all . Now i seewhy they have a bad review. And on top of that she gave us little fries not even a hand full. Check your order before leaving. They did not put all of my ordered items and I had to go back there and complain and get... refunded. They didn't even apologize, all I saw was a passive aggressive attitude. The sandwiches were great, they were freshand cooked perfectly. Read more

I never really cared for it. Today I remembered. It's overpriced for what you get. I ordered a 2 piece dinner. It came with a... leg & thigh, tiny biscuit, 1 side & drink. I added another side which costed $2.49 for a total with tax $11.11. The same meal atKFC with all items would have been larger. The sides were less than 2 ozs. They put half sizes in the containers. Was 5 stars last Sunday but today after waiting for my popcorn shrimp, I find that my sides are half full for the 5 piece.. like... how can two dine when we have one full serving of sides all together..? smh Read more

The biscuit was hard and dry! I asked the cashier is there any lighter or soft biscuits She said no. Then the Chicken wasn't... breaded as it should've been it turned my stomach once I saw a piece of hair cooked in the crust that's why it's very importantto wear hair nets/ beard nets for the guys , wash hands and use gloves in food service The only way to stay consistent in a goodway is to focus on following the standardized recipe which prevents overcooked or undercooked products with the samepresentation each time. Full disclosure: Every time we go here (which is not often) they suck. They're rude, always out of stuff, have horrible sweet... tea, and are always missing things in our order. But today, a guy named Troy (a manager from another store) took our order withthe best energy, and had our order looking, and tasting awesome. Ultimately this 5 stars is for Troy, and only Troy. So I did the mobile order from the app.. Get to the restaurant and staff was completely rude.. Get home only to find old food..... chicken sandwich completely dried out.. bread was hard and disgusting.. I called and spoke to the manager.. Who said her namewas T..
